Com base na estrat\u00e9gia da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental conceber e implementar procedimentos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, quer para o recrutamento, quer para o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ao avaliar os colaboradores (Assessment\/ Development Centre) \u00e9 poss\u00edvel identificar as pessoas mais enquadradas para desempenhar determinada fun\u00e7\u00e3o e ser\u00e1 um elemento fundamental para assegurar que o colaborador tem \u00e0 sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o um leque de a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o que visam colmatar eventuais gaps na fun\u00e7\u00e3o atual, programar promo\u00e7\u00f5es internas, permitir a futuros l\u00edderes desenvolver compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a, refletir sobre Planeamento de Sucess\u00f5es, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Com este levantamento das necessidades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e a gest\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive atrav\u00e9s de plataformas, as empresas t\u00eam uma vis\u00e3o clara sobre, n\u00e3o apenas, a efic\u00e1cia da forma\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m identificar os colaboradores que, com forma\u00e7\u00e3o, ter\u00e3o mais potencial para desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es de maior relevo em 2\/3 anos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 fundamental cada empresa pensar nos seus ativos, garantir que \u00e9 proporcionada a respetiva participa\u00e7\u00e3o em a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o individuais (colmatar as necessidades de desenvolvimento focalizado, de forma a assegurar a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias) que permitam a cada colaborador se tornar distinto.
