A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o deve definir claramente para que serve a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho e que decis\u00f5es pretende suportar com esse processo. Quando o objetivo \u00e9 claro, seja desenvolvimento, alinhamento estrat\u00e9gico, reconhecimento ou apoio \u00e0 tomada de decis\u00e3o, o processo ganha coer\u00eancia e credibilidade junto dos colaboradores.
