E, na verdade, foi exatamente isso que aconteceu em muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Os ficheiros de Excel foram substitu\u00eddos por plataformas, pedidos de f\u00e9rias passaram a ser feitos digitalmente, o recrutamento tornou-se mais r\u00e1pido e grande parte da informa\u00e7\u00e3o ficou centralizada num \u00fanico local.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mas hoje a discuss\u00e3o j\u00e1 n\u00e3o est\u00e1 apenas na automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, isto porque atualmente a verdadeira quest\u00e3o \u00e9 perceber se a tecnologia est\u00e1 efetivamente a ajudar as equipas de RH a tomar melhores decis\u00f5es. Por exemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>perceber equipas com maior rotatividade;<\/li>\n<li>acompanhar n\u00edveis de absentismo;<\/li>\n<li>identificar atrasos em processos de recrutamento;<\/li>\n<li>analisar evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho;<\/li>\n<li>centralizar feedback;<\/li>\n<li>acompanhar objetivos e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li>\n<li>ter maior visibilidade sobre custos e estrutura das equipas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tudo isto permite que os RH trabalhem de uma forma mais estrat\u00e9gica e menos reativa.\u00a0Ainda assim, existe um ponto importante que muitas vezes \u00e9 ignorado: ter acesso a mais dados n\u00e3o significa automaticamente tomar melhores decis\u00f5es.\u00a0Os dados precisam sempre de contexto, interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o e sensibilidade humana.\u00a0Uma plataforma pode mostrar tend\u00eancias, mas n\u00e3o substitui a proximidade com as equipas, a cultura da empresa ou a capacidade de
