preparados para tomar decis\u00f5es complexas, que ir\u00e3o afetar as pessoas e os resultados, em diversos n\u00edveis.<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21d0f32 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"21d0f32\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c8dbbd elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos, o mercado de trabalho mudou, e mudaram tamb\u00e9m o local de trabalho, as expectativas dos colaboradores e dos \u2018stakeholders\u2019. Consequentemente, mudaram as fun\u00e7\u00f5es, a cultura, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos colaboradores; mas a exig\u00eancia por parte dos clientes mant\u00e9m-se.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><br \/>Nestes \u00faltimos meses, temos notado uma forte aposta das empresas em assegurar que existe um diagn\u00f3stico organizacional (auditorias aos processos, estudos de clima organizacional\/ \u2018engagement\u2019, satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros), com um posterior mapeamento (descritivo de compet\u00eancias, com base nas atuais necessidades, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do mapa organizacional\/ funcional, por exemplo). Assentando o terceiro passo no estudo dos colaboradores e da equipa, tendo por base as compet\u00eancias das pessoas, podendo recorrer a esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o, para reorganizar as pessoas pelas novas fun\u00e7\u00f5es\/ equipas, implementando planos de desenvolvimento, dotando os gestores de compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><br \/>Quer atrav\u00e9s de servi\u00e7os de consultoria estrat\u00e9gica de recursos humanos, quer atrav\u00e9s de equipas de trabalho dentro das pr\u00f3prias organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, este \u00e9 o momento fulcral de mudan\u00e7a que permite a automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos, aliando a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de descritivos funcionais adaptados a esta realidade de trabalho h\u00edbrido, de forma a que no processo de recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o consigam atrair os candidatos mais ajustados \u00e0s fun\u00e7\u00f5es; e que durante a sele\u00e7\u00e3o, sejam utilizadas as metodologias\/ avalia\u00e7\u00f5es mais ajustadas \u00e0s fun\u00e7\u00f5es e, eventualmente, \u00e0 possibilidade de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o\/ mobilidade dentro da pr\u00f3pria estrutura, com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos de potencial; por fim, de forma a assegurar que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 competitiva, que se distingue dos concorrentes por ter uma equipa de trabalho motivada, envolvida, alinhada com as necessidades do mercado, com um crescimento sustent\u00e1vel aliando a prosperidade econ\u00f3mica e o desenvolvimento, o bem-estar e a felicidade dos colaboradores (implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da NP 4552:2016 Sistema de Gest\u00e3o da Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Vida Profissional, Familiar e Pessoal).<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><br \/>Acreditamos que, nesta altura em que existe elevada rotatividade e escassez de candidatos, ser\u00e1 importante monitorar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, assegurar que mediante os desafios globais futuros os l\u00edderes est\u00e3o preparados para tomar decis\u00f5es complexas, que ir\u00e3o afetar as pessoas e os resultados, em diversos n\u00edveis.
