Depois, verifica as conformidades e entende, acima de tudo, a estrat\u00e9gia de neg\u00f3cio em quest\u00e3o. Isto permite que seja proposto uma abordagem (de RH e servi\u00e7os) mais ajustada poss\u00edvel ao cliente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tipicamente o nosso foco assenta no diagn\u00f3stico dos seguintes processos: Gest\u00e3o Administrativa e Payroll, R&amp;S, Onboarding e Reten\u00e7\u00e3o, Forma\u00e7\u00e3o, Gest\u00e3o do Desempenho, Compensa\u00e7\u00f5es e Benef\u00edcios, Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Clima Organizacional, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Em segundo lugar, ap\u00f3s toda a an\u00e1lise, verificam-se os processos conformes e n\u00e3o conformes.
