Em setores como <strong data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1747\">ind\u00fastria<\/strong> ou <strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1771\">constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil<\/strong>, \u00e9 comum que as empresas definam <strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1837\">per\u00edodos de f\u00e9rias coletivas<\/strong>, como no m\u00eas de agosto ou durante o Natal. Nas empresas com <strong data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1924\">funcionamento cont\u00ednuo<\/strong>, as f\u00e9rias podem ser organizadas de forma rotativa para garantir que sempre haja equipas operacionais.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4568480 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4568480\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dd55d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-heading\" data-id=\"5dd55d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" ><div class=\"ekit-heading elementskit-section-title-wraper text_left   ekit_heading_tablet-   ekit_heading_mobile-\"><h2 class=\"ekit-heading--title elementskit-section-title\"><span>O empregador pode recusar um pedido de f\u00e9rias?<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e5f410 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0e5f410\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-517b52d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"517b52d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"515\">Sim, o empregador pode <strong data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"147\">recusar um pedido de f\u00e9rias<\/strong>, desde que tenha uma <strong data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"192\">justifica\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lida<\/strong> e respeite os direitos do trabalhador. A <strong data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"257\">marca\u00e7\u00f5es de f\u00e9rias<\/strong> deve ser acordada entre ambas as partes, mas, caso n\u00e3o haja consenso, a empresa tem a autoridade para definir as datas, sempre garantindo que o trabalhador usufrua de, pelo menos, <strong data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"478\">10 dias \u00fateis consecutivos de f\u00e9rias<\/strong> entre <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"514\">1 de maio e 31 de outubro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"515\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"1024\">A recusa do pedido de f\u00e9rias pode ocorrer quando o per\u00edodo solicitado possa comprometer o <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"635\">funcionamento da empresa<\/strong>. Por exemplo, se v\u00e1rios trabalhadores de uma mesma equipa pedirem f\u00e9rias ao mesmo tempo, prejudicando a <strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"757\">produtividade<\/strong> ou o <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"789\">atendimento ao cliente<\/strong>, o empregador pode negar alguns pedidos para garantir a continuidade das opera\u00e7\u00f5es. O mesmo pode acontecer em <strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"920\">per\u00edodos de pico<\/strong>, como no setor do <strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"950\">retalho<\/strong> durante a \u00e9poca natal\u00edcia ou em empresas que prestam servi\u00e7os essenciais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"1024\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1448\">Al\u00e9m disso, as empresas podem ter <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1079\">regras internas<\/strong> que estabelecem crit\u00e9rios para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias, como <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1161\">prazos espec\u00edficos<\/strong> para a submiss\u00e3o de pedidos ou <strong data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1216\">per\u00edodos bloqueados<\/strong> devido a necessidades operacionais.
