Este modelo permite diagnosticar individualmente cada colaborador e adaptar a lideran\u00e7a ao seu n\u00edvel de desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O modelo divide-se em quatro quadrantes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>E1 \u2013 Dirigir \u2013 Alto grau de comportamento diretivo e baixo grau de comportamento de apoio: este n\u00edvel aplica-se a colaboradores numa fase inicial de aprendizagem, que necessitam maior dire\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>E2 \u2013 Orientar \u2013 Alto grau de comportamento diretivo e alto grau de comportamento de apoio: este n\u00edvel aplica-se a colaboradores que se encontrem numa fase em que necessitem de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o mas j\u00e1 t\u00eam conhecimento geral das suas tarefas e do que \u00e9 esperado de si;<\/li>\n<li>E3 \u2013 Apoiar \u2013 Alto grau de comportamento de apoio e baixo grau de comportamento diretivo: destina-se a subordinados que j\u00e1 t\u00eam alguma autonomia, mas necessitam de seguran\u00e7a e apoio para refor\u00e7ar a sua confian\u00e7a;<\/li>\n<li>E4 \u2013 Delegar \u2013 Baixo grau de comportamento de apoio e baixo grau de comportamento diretivo: por \u00faltimo, este n\u00edvel de lideran\u00e7a destina-se aos subordinados que se encontram em total autonomia para o desempenhar das suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, e est\u00e3o confiantes no trabalho que entregam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0cd853b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0cd853b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cde5e83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-elementskit-heading\" data-id=\"cde5e83\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"elementskit-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-wid-con\" ><div class=\"ekit-heading elementskit-section-title-wraper text_left   ekit_heading_tablet-   ekit_heading_mobile-\"><h2 class=\"ekit-heading--title elementskit-section-title\"><span>Esta abordagem din\u00e2mica \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a permite aos l\u00edderes adaptarem-se aos seus subordinados, transmitindo um ambiente de confian\u00e7a, promovendo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, flexibilidade e responsabilidade de cada um. <\/h2><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-498f896 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"498f896\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be6ec22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be6ec22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Compreender esta metodologia \u00e9 o ponto inicial para permitir que os colaboradores se sintam motivados e se foquem no seu desenvolvimento profissional.
