Platform Assessments – Potential Assessment

Thomas PPA is the study of behavioral profiles, which provides an accurate view of how people behave in their roles. It provides answers to questions such as:

  • What are the person's strengths and areas for development?
  • Will this person be able to work with and through people?
  • How will the person behave in the performance of their duties and what characteristics will they demonstrate?
  • What behavioral style do you tend to display when under pressure?

The Thomas PPA is typically used in conjunction with the Thomas JOB and provides an accurate picture of how people behave in the role.

Thomas JOB will provide information that allows you to understand the requirements of the role and assess compatibility with the candidate/employee.

Thomas GIA is an assessment of a person's cognitive skills and abilities. It consists of a group of five independently validated tests that answer questions such as:
